I'm Madalina (Mada), and I love building things! I have over 15 years of Operations & Product Management experience. Sometimes I build products and sometimes I build services.

Value: Every product development process should start and end with the consumer at its epicenter. Once value to the Customer has been established, Business Value inevitably follows.

Design & Technology:  I use design to de-risk product ideas so by the time anything is committed to code I know that I have the right solutions solving for the right problems.

Business Agility: I keep a sharp focus on planning and launching initiatives meant to align Product goals with overall business strategy.

Team Dynamics: I aim on understanding the work style of each cross-functional team member.  This strategy helps build an environment which maximizes individual strengths as well as increase team efficiency and communication.
